🧸 TEDDY BEAR XMAS PARTY. Little One is off to a Teddy Bear party! The theme is Christmas of course 🎄. It’s like a Teddy Bear Picnic but as it’s winter, it’s all inside where it’s warm and cozy 🤗. Today, she’s wearing her cute little red frock, a sweet wooly one just like her Teddy Bear! 🧸They are so looking forward to meeting up with friends and other kawaii Teddies 🥳. And of course I had to paint about it! 🐈 THE CATS OF WEERRIBBEN. Last weekend, we had a lovely break in Weerribben, north of the Netherlands 🍂. Lots of waterways along the fields and during our walk we came across some cats roaming in the fields! 🐱 How cute is that. So of course I wanted to paint about it! 🌷FANTASY FLOWERS. This painting began at our Tuesday evening abstract art classes back in mid-October 🍂. Although the theme was “flowers”, we of course had to create it in an abstract way 💐. Not to worry. 🌈 MIXED MEDIA GIRL. At our evening classes, we learned to create our paints from scratch! 🎨 Just by mixing pigment with various binding agents and ending up with tempera, acrylic, watercolor, plamat (chalk and water) and oil 😮. Then for experimenting and experience, we painted using our concoctions! 🎨 Last Tuesday at our evening art class, we made our own paint. 😊 Yes home-made paint!
