Today I was at another Polo match in Germany, this time near Düsseldorf. I again brought with me my sketchbook and coloured pencils. Here is the first sketch I did, in pencil. Instead of human players I find it fun to do a bit of fantasy play and have animals on the horses instead!
I should like to develop this idea further and copy this on a thicker paper to do a painting on it. Watercolour would be nice ….
