Yesterday I was looking at one of my artwork and realised something was not right. Referring to the Green Park.
It looks cluttered with all the bits of collage and the yellow colour scattered in the wrong places, overpowering the cute little Buckingham Palace guardette. And the background hardly looks like a green park! So I decided to tidy it up a bit and add another layer of green acrylic (Permanent Green Deep and Sap Green) as well as some white. I mixed the paints with Gloss Gel medium for some sheen. You can still see the underlying bits from the London Underground map which was the intention. Much better!!
