Just having to brainstorm for my upcoming Corsica Travel Poster! And whilst on the boat sailing back to Livorno in Italy, I made a pencil drawing on my small sketchbook then decided it was so cute that I continued introducing some color it in with my SAI Japanese Traditional Colors aquarelle markers!
Rather than filling it all in completely or even blending with water, I briskly scribbled the colors on to enhance the visual textures. And here we are enjoying the shoreline with the characteristic angled rocks behind us, and let’s not forget the cute Corsican goats! I think this would be a great blueprint for my travel poster I’ll be developing on Procreate. Can’t wait to get started!
