⛄️ APRIL SNOW. The first week of April, and it actually snowed in the Netherlands! And just by chance, I found a drawing I made some weeks ago whilst testing and practicing more on black paper 🖤. It’s Little One sketched in greyscale colored pencils on black paper, giving an impression of a snowy winter. And what more appropriate timing could this be to share it here! ❄️

❤️ ROSY EASTER MONDAY. Hope you had a wonderful Easter weekend despite these difficult times. It has been a while since doing some Gelli printing! After a rather messy and almost disastrous practice with it using stencils too, I decided I loved the subtle patterns and stunning color mix. Then I continued and developed a bit of an abstract artwork with a kawaii Easter time flair! 🐣

💝 DRESSED UP FOR EASTER. It’s Good Friday today, and Little One is going on an Easter Egg hunt! She spent last night boiling some eggs and coloring them 🐣. Now she wants to show you her stash! She decided to color her eggs simple this year, her favorite colors of mint green and of course baby pink. Oh and look at her amazingly bright pink dress too! She loves dressing up in pretty colors... 💕

🐸 FROGGY AND HER FLOWERS. Last weekend we changed our clocks to Summer time. Now longer daylight, warmer weather, blooming flowers, cute baby animals and happier days! ☀️ I of course decided to paint about it and this time went for our little smiling froggy! It’s been some time, hasn’t it? And today, she is prettying herself up in pearls to go to her garden and pick some pretty flowers. Let’s see what she has in her hands, shall we? 💐

💖 HAPPY JUNGLE. Enjoying Spring so far? Today, I would like to share a sweet happy painting of Little One! All smiles, donned in a vibrant pink frock and prancing around some beautiful botanical surroundings and waving her imaginary magic wand in hope of better times. During these difficult moments we could definitely do with some positive vibes 💕

🐇 BUNNY DUO. Drawing cute bunnies again... but of course, I’m getting ready for Easter! And once again too another black paper painting. As you know, I've lately gotten into black backgrounds. I find them very fascinating! This time though it's all done on digitally, keeping it simple yet kawaii 💕
