🌷FANTASY FLOWERS. This painting began at our Tuesday evening abstract art classes back in mid-October 🍂. Although the theme was “flowers”, we of course had to create it in an abstract way 💐. Not to worry. 🌈 MIXED MEDIA GIRL. At our evening classes, we learned to create our paints from scratch! 🎨 Just by mixing pigment with various binding agents and ending up with tempera, acrylic, watercolor, plamat (chalk and water) and oil 😮. Then for experimenting and experience, we painted using our concoctions! 🎨 Last Tuesday at our evening art class, we made our own paint. 😊 Yes home-made paint! 🧡 AUTUMN BUNNIES. Winter is approaching, and the bunnies have disappeared into hibernation!🐰 Where can they be hiding? Underground most likely. 💖KAWAII THOUGHTS. It’s getting colder and darker with the winter coming up in the Netherlands 😞. But let’s not despair. Before we know it, Spring will come and we can look forward to warmer and brighter days 🤗 . Let’s just close our eyes and think of beautiful vivid colours. And paint about it 🌈! I of course thought of our Little One floating around the azure blue sky in her cute little “bunny and bear” jumpsuit, surrounded by love ❤️. Let’s go for kawaii thoughts! And here I used gouache on its own for the first time.
