Last Sunday, we were in Domburg, on the southwest coast of the Netherlands where my boyfriend was photographing for a Polo Match there. I also like to photograph too for fun but I was afraid it would be too hot for me so I just brought with me my drawing pad and some coloured pencils.
Was bit at lost as to what to draw (too warm and feeling lazy haha) but since I was at a polo match, I figured it would be nice to practise drawing horses again. Continuing from the Teddy Bear Trilogy, I thought it would be fun to draw Teddy having a go at polo! I once did one with Bunny so why not Teddy?
Here I used my usual set of brown-scale Polycolour 12 by Koh i Noor. They’re great to carry along, and given I do a lot of colourful work, it is quite a nice change to be able to relax a bit and work on monotones.
