We went on a nature cruise in Rausu, Hokkaido a few days ago and from a distance saw a huge whale called Fin Whale. At 19 cm long, it is supposed to be the second largest species.
Took a number of photos of it, including when this whale would spray water. Never seen a whale live before!
Upon our 5-hour or so Shinkansen (bullet train) ride back to the mainland, I decided to do a kawaii sketch on my iPad via the Sketches app. Also combined the scene with the bear up in the mountains which my boyfriend spotted a few days before … lol looks more like a rat but oh well, it’s still cute anyway!
