💗 PEBBLY PINK BEAR. Another practice with digital painting! I'm really getting into it. This time I manipulated a photo I took of some pebbles by liquifying them before adding a cute little pink teddy on top. Used the same pink shade whilst playing around with the available color effects. Kawaii as well as cool! 🧸

🧢 CAP AND BAG. Little One enjoys rummaging through her extensive wardrobe. Trying stuff on and mixing and matching is part of the fun! Today, she found an old baseball cap she had bought whilst on some sunny holidays years ago. Then there is that elegant leather handbag she had picked up during a shopping trip to Italy with her mother. What fun memories! And too cute to resist sketching about it... 👜

🐦 BIRD IN THE HOUSE! What an adventure that must have been. Some months ago, I was told by my boyfriend that a small bird flew in the house whilst I was away! How it got in he had no idea. She was only discovered fluttering her wings in one of the rooms upstairs: my designated Hello Kitty room of all places! Luckily no damage done as the bird managed to find an opened window to fly out. Imagine though how scary that must have been for both the little bird and my Kitties! 🎀

💜 GROWING LAVENDER. Little One is having so much fun in her new home! One of the many things she discovered about moving to the Dutch countryside is gardening. Always a fan of fragrant herbs, she began planting some Lavender in the garden. Did you know that Lavender helps us relax? It also helps ward off insects like flies, but then attracts bees which is wonderful for the environment. And of course, I wanted to paint about it! 🍃

🇬🇧 It's the London Bus! Remember the good old hop on hop off Routemasters? Just recently resumed my Tuesday afternoon abstract art classes and began with a painting inspired by Dutch artist Ad Verstijnen. To be continued tomorrow when I add the passengers in the bus! What kawaii characters will I come up with? Can't wait to continue...! ❤️

🌺 ASSORTED ANEMONES. Recently I finally got around to joining my Japanese painting classes on Zoom! This weekly class began a new assignment painting a bunch of colorful flowers, more precisely Anemones. I went for acrylic on a wooden plank. Love these floral themes again with the vivid colors! 💕
