April Flu

🤒 APRIL FLU 😷 Being ill over Easter is no fun at all but gives us an excuse to chill and just do f*** all! Started with BF catching a bug and me nursing him over the weekend. And now am getting the painful coughs and body aches 😕. So let’s draw how we really feel!! Experimented this morning with the grey and brown sets of Koh-I-Noor Polycolor pencils ✏️

I used the brown set for me and the grey set for him. ✏️ Was not too sure about the contrast between the warm tones of the brown and the cool tones from the grey and found my dress too red and my complexion too sallow (but I guess I’m supposed to be ill anyway haha 😷) Thankfully the grey set includes a dark brown which I used on his outfit to bridge the gap between warm and cold. Adding ground shadows also helped.😉
