Ever been so busy with other stuff such as work, reorganizing home or traveling that you have little time to focus creatively? I myself need a few consecutive hours everyday to be able to paint with continuity without interruptions, as I realized. This past week has been so hectic with space-clearing our home and garden maintenance since returning from our numerous traveling. Well I’ve been managing to squeeze in a few sketches now and again or start a painting so I am not doing too badly. All just jumping from one piece after another, though, promising myself to complete each one… until I have backlog of projects now to complete!

Yup that’s what I’m talking about! Two digital artworks, one of which is nearly done, a sketch about a cat I had come across a few days ago and will develop into a watercolor painting and lastly the start of an intuitive abstract painting which can be quite intensive and definitely calls for a clearer mind. Then we need to resume Julliette Crane’s on-line classes I’ve been following, and that requires ample time and concentration. Actually I’m in no particular rush to complete everything. Just wish I could dedicate more time to paint! Soon there will be a light at the end of the tunnel though. So let’s hang in there!
