Hello I’m back again! Was on a week break for work in London and only got back two evenings ago. And what a busy trip that was, and so busy that I had no time at all to paint although I had brought my sketchbook and pens with me! When not in and out of meetings, I was meeting up with friends living there or showing my partner the sights of London. So much inspirations, though, for my upcoming creations. The scenes and sights of London. As soon as I got home and had some free time, I just begun doodling a bit with my Faber Castell Pitt Artists Pen markers about our adventures there. London Underground logo and the kawaii double decker bus to begin with…

Now that’s a good start! Let’s make it as kawaii as possible. During our trip to London, we were also at the Cute Exhibition in Sommerset House which was amazing. Hello Kitty everywhere and introductions to artwork featuring kawaii and anime which of course gave me lots of ideas. More about this exhibition in my next blog! Meanwhile I will continue developing this doodle on my sketchbook and see where it takes us. Great to get my creative mojo back despite the recently busy schedule!
